We designed a number of branches for PremierWest Bank in Northern California and Southern Oregon from 2003 to 2007.  Five were new, one was an exterior remodel, four were TI’s, and we did site planning for two projects which were un-built in Rogue River and Chico, California.  One of the primary ingredients in these projects is coordination with the Bank’s security systems vendor who typically provides the vault, pneumatic tube system at the drive-up teller, security cameras, etc  ATM’s are typically provided by a separate vendor.

Mt. Shasta was the first; it won the award for the “Best Commercial Project” in 2004, in Mt. Shasta.  I have included a night photo which I took after they moved in.  The Eagle Point store is basically the same design, but with a much simpler foundation and concrete slab floor.  The Mt. Shasta store is on 103 driven steel pipe piles; good bearing material was 18 to 20 feet below the surface; a mat had to be constructed to create the parking lot.
