BANK OF EASTERN OREGON, ENTERPRISE

The Branch fits into the local architecture, environment and economy.  Elements of the local design vernacular were included in order to make the project appropriate for its site and region.   The building was designed as a single-story, wood and steel framed structure.

The Branch has two drive-up lanes and a drive-up ATM unit.  Design constraints included a creek-side riparian zone and flood plain requirements for raising the floor elevation.

The Bank of Eastern Oregon was founded in 1945 to provide lending and banking services to rural communities, and has twelve full-service branches and two loan production offices.  BEO is a full-service community bank, with local decision making, specializing in the rural eastern Oregon marketplace.  BEO is an employee-owned company.
